Refund

We do not offer refunds. Only exchange requests are accepted.
Cash and credit refunds are not applicable.

Exchange Policy Terms

  1. We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for an exchange.
  2. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  3. Items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If any defect or issue is found that was not communicated earlier, the exchange will be rejected.
  4. No exchange will be entertained for items with minor faults, last pieces, or clearance sale items.
